The grace of these gray hairs confers a glimpse of the long line of a life. Mine is related to coming all the way home to myself, to get clearer and clearer, so as to offer it all up. Along the way, I have studied and practice still : massage therapy, oncology nursing, 5 element acupuncture, yoga. For me, yoga has been real medicine and a surprising sustaining joy. Healing is always possible. And I love encouraging the possibilities inherent in the practice of yoga.
